In the US it's flipped. Women tend to get harsher sentences. Texas is the most extreme.
That doesn't excuse it or balance it out. Neither gender should get lighter punishment for crimes as horrific as this.

由Ultron编辑: 4/20/2016 9:27:03 PMYou do realize that source for "2 to 6 years" for men is extremely outdated and inaccurate? The survey was taken in 1989 by and since then has been updated continuously with a much different result. Not to mention it was just ONE survey.

Not in the US. Not long ago a woman who was instructed to bring her friend to a drug deal had no idea that the other two men intended to kill her friend for his $$$. She brought her friend, they killed him. She didn't go to the police but when questioned she was the first to tell them what really happened. The killers confessed that she didn't know they intended to kill the guy. The men both got 20 years. She got life. Texas can be backwards.

由Zone-tan编辑: 4/20/2016 12:40:12 PMAlright, I'll bite. So ignoring the fact that this is a one-time bit of evidence, and ALSO the fact that you've failed to site any sources other than a year old newspaper which you don't even know the name of, What's this?
