[b][i][u]DISCLAIMER: This rant was before the patch dropped.[/u][/i][/b] Okay, after reading the patch notes coming up for this "April Update" I was pretty happy to see since I was just returning to this burning trash heap of a game, that is until I saw that they're reducing the ammo reserves for shotguns and snipers, what the -blam!- Bungie? And then to salt the wound, they killed all the hype there was by nerfing the living -blam!- out of the PoE weapons, who in the right mind would even use Dreg's Promise now? [u]WE THE PEOPLE:[/u] "Bungie, Dreg's promise is shit, we have no use for it and it's actually the worst sidearm out there, please do something to help." [u]BUNGIE:[/u] "We know just the thing! We'll reduce the damage it deals and it's rate of fire!" Now for Queenbreaker's Bow, this was my go to for PvE nightfalls with arc burn because it was a monster which held more ammo than any other sniper at the cost of a lowered headshot multiplier, pretty good tradeoff there. [u]WE THE PEOPLE:[/u] "Yo Bungie, we love Queenbreaker's Bow, it's unique and amazing!" [u]BUNGIE:[/u] "Great to hear! We're gonna make it like other snipers, bring the ammo reserves down to their level and leave the headshot modifier as it is, happy hunting!" So with Queenbreaker's Bow rendered useless we now come onto the king of all shotguns, the Lord of Wolves, my favourite shotgun of all time. [u]WE THE PEOPLE:[/u] "The Lord of Wolves kicks soo much ass! We love it!" [u]BUNGIE:[/u] "Well too bad you sad little -blam!-, we're bringing it down to normal shotgun ammo reserves, and did we mention that we're reducing shotgun ammo reserves across the board? Ha! Enjoy your shotgun while it lasts!" They really did ruin this game something chronic didn't they?
