It's simple make your own group. After this week there really isn't a reason to be 325. So many ways to rank up since the update. Started out 320 on Tuesday now I'm 334 on all 3 of my guardians. So 325 isn't that big of a deal. I have been 320 for awhile and if it's my raid I had asked for 315. This week when I raided we asked for 320. We got some terrible blueberries. I not sure what requirement to ask for next week. Also when I join groups without requirements occasionally I get lucky more times than not I waste an hour of my life.
