I haven't been grinding that hard since the new update so all my toons are between 322-325 up from 320. I can do this raid and every part in it backwards and forwards and it would be a shame to have someone who has only completed once or twice but is now a 325 tell me I'm not up to par. They might want to ask for experienced players instead of an unnecessary light level.

Raid vets just want to get it done and not waste time on countless wipes :( If you not done HM often before the update but feel like doing it now because of your new light level, then please do it but start your own group and let people who join you know you not got much experience. DON'T sneak into a group with your unexperience and cause teams to wipe countless times! You should have np regardless of light level because you have experience, just ask the group leader to look at your completions :)
