What? The melee wrecks. It's practically scorch but replace flame shield with health regeneration.

The base melee gives it the burning effect, the biggest problem I've had with it is that either: 1. Hit someone, burn activates, but no damage from initial melee, and melee energy is taken. 2. Hit someone, damage is taken, burn doesn't activate, they take regular melee damage, melee energy is taken) It's pretty much a 50/50 chance that either it works like its intended, or 1 or 2 happens.
