I understand the issue of a female version of ghost busters
Fine
But STARWARS [u]new[/u] characters as female lead and now it's PC rubbish? I've seen some say they won't watch it anymore because of female leads
Isn't saying a few negative things about how we view our women in society? Where casting female leads is a "PC" view? Must all movies have a male lead to be normal?

Truthfully all starwars have features a strong woman. Leia, amedala. Movies center around these characters and it.is kind of cool that the males are now the backstory and the female is the one with the most power. I'm a male. And I loved each and every Star Wars, barring the bad acting of Hayden Christiansen and the cheesy schizo anikin. The plot of the prequels kind of left me confused with dooku, Palp, and maul all Alice in the same time frame but whatever lol the action of those movies was cool even tho it was over the top. It was entertaining.
