Only make reforging for primaries but keep it the same cost it used to be. The RNG was shit for it and I went through 200 motes of light so fast. If it cost five that would be insane.

    1: It's just an example, it's still work in progress 2: It's supposed to be a little more expensive because some people don't want others to have well rolled perks on some weapons.

    Yeah... do you know what those weapons are people don't want them to have good rolls on? Special weapons. I've never heard anyone go like, "Errr, I dont want some fgt to have uhhhhhh... perfect balance.... smallbore and rangefinder on his auto rifle cause that's so OP OP OP PLS NERF BUNGIEVISION."
