I agree that old content should come forward, but elemental primaries should still exist. Descope upon taking the slightest bit of damage is absurd; apply a poisebreak value, requiring a certain amount of damage to be taken. Titan control jump is fine. Most exotics in y2 need some kind of buff, because they don't really do anything special.
