I'd bet the Mantles Approach could take a hit from it. Massive size plus advanced forerunner shielding. Only reason the Infinity could scratch it was Chief was under the shielding and took out shield generators and defensive installations. Even then, it began to repair the hole almost immediately. The only reason it was destroyed was likely due to the damage to a the slipspace generator/composer from the nuke, causing cascading damage, not the nuke itself.
