Nah. I mean, it's all personal preference really. But for Boss Fights in particular, I see Triple (Tap) as having more usefulness. For PvP, Outlaw would be preferred, but I have a Full Stabily, Full-Auto, DIS-43 that I like to use in that instance.

Yeah. Call me an oldschool guardian but I never understood why TT perk gets so much love. Like three rapid headshots gives me a free bullet in the mag? I'll have most things dropped in three headshots and will be looking to reload (I admit it I'm a guy who will reload a 60 round mag after firing two bullets to kill a thrall) or take cover if I'm being shot at by whatever I killed's buddies so I want perks that help me in that aspect, not "oh here's a free bullet in the mag which may or may not help you live"
