If you don't know who these characters are, then I suggest you don't try to argue with it until you at least look them up, unless you somehow think you're my arch-nemesis, which you very well maybe, because I've seen you a ton.
You made the claim of them being able to survive the Death Stars blast, you have to prove it. Also I don't consider anyone a enemy, although a lot of people probably considers me their enemy.
Well, the Nerevarine is literally immortal, and the Hero of Kvatch/Sheogorath is literally a god.
As for the Dovakhiin, I'm not as sure, although s/he doesn't feel any weaker than either of the previous in game, and it's not as though he wouldn't have a way to survive it, but just not tank it. Then again, this guy beat Miraak, who was worshipped as a god, and Alduin, who pretty much was a god, at least of sorts. I'm not really sure TBH, cause of the flexibility of all the dragonborn, which applies to a far lesser extent to the others.

Being called a god does not determine power, Zeus in Clash of the Titans is considered a god. Yet was incapable of defeating the Titans, who were beaten by a giant sea monster.
Ok, but, as I said before, there is no way to kill Sheogorath, at all, and definitely not with a laser. With another daedra, it would have no effect. Admittedly, Sheogorath would probably turn it into a rainbow, or maybe a turduckin, which would violate the rules, but whatever, the point is, it doesn't hurt him. He doesn't really take damage like that.
