I guess everything is relative. According to destinystatus.com, I have messed with this game for a touch over 2000 hours (just on my main account). I spend as much each month on one meal with my wife as I have spent on this game. That meal turns into crap in just a few hours. For me, it has been a pretty small price for the entertainment I have gotten from it.
