Look, halo is a pretty cool guy. Shoots aliens, doesn't afraid of anything. There's nothing to develop there. It's like making Darth Vader a punk ass bitch in return of the Jedi when he'd been a cold blooded killer the prior movies. Some things shouldn't be changed because of "mah character development"
