I just stumbled across gameplay footage of this game today; it's described as a "rogue-like" space shooter that lets you freely explore the galaxy, customize your ship, mine for resources, and engage in epic space dogfights. I have to say, it looks pretty cool... and the space combat actually reminds me a lot of Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge. Lots of different weapons, too; machine guns, plasma cannons, railguns, hellfire missiles, mining lasers... and also some kind of missile-type weapon that shoots pink projectiles; kinda reminds me the Needler from Halo. I haven't had a really good arcade-style action-oriented flying game since Crimson Skies. Hopefully this game turns out to be just what I've been looking for. It comes out October 2016 as an Xbox One exclusive, I think. Kind of wish Destiny had space combat like what Everspace is showing off...
