Who's Randal The Vandal? I always hear about this "Randal"... Is it that Archon guy at the beginning of the campaign??

Randal the Vandal was a low-level Major Vandal that spawned randomly in the Forgotten Shore. He inexplicably had an insanely high-capacity shield that could tank Gjallarhorn rounds without a problem. It usually took a Fireteam of at least 3 or 4 fully-leveled Guardians to take him down. Unfortunately, Bungie nerfed him, so he's just a normal Vandal now.
