I've been leveling up my queens wrath rank for a few days now. Going back and forth to the reef to finish the house of wolves again. Soloing Irxori or whatever the hell he is and scouring the dreadnaught completing the lost and found quest. I kill an ultra and recieve the tech witch broom. I go to return to Petra to finally have BOOLEON after so many countless hours. And she didn't give anything for it. I haven't had any luck resetting either. Please help BUNGIE
