Warframe would win, while yes star wars and halo have weapons capable of destroying planets, the tenno are within the void while they control the warframes to fight, the grineer are a empire that has no set planetary home(anymore) and the corpus don't really ethier.
If by chance any of them reached the void they would fight against the corrupted and also run a risk of being controled by the neural sentry.
The infestation is stronger than the flood and can also infect machines as well

I agree, except for the thing about the infestation. The flood just seems like a much more menacing force. Much more organized, can use weapons, far more intellegent when a gravemind is presesnt. We have also seen that the infested can be controlled to some extent, whereas the flood cannot. The ability to take over tech is a huge bonus though.

I have a few reason why I give the egde to the infested, while yes you are right about the gravemind the infestation has Lephantis, the J-3 golem, and alad v (while yes he has some control of the infestation he is trying to fight off the infestation from controling him) also infested units have alot more synergy with each other such as the ancient healers who heal ally forces and give them a aura granting high damage resistance to all incoming damage

First, the Flood can infect machines as well. It's called the logic plague and it's so powerful they can outthink even the most powerful AI's and turn them for their side. Also you're ignoring the Precursors who are so unexplainable OP that they're basically gods.

And I left out the sentients on warframe's side, sentients are massive beings(I'm speaking of hunhow) also the have drones that are around human size but the main thing is sentients and the drones adapt to any kind of weaponry and become immune to it, the only weakness they have is the void its self
