So I recently decided to go ghost hunting to grab all the remaining ghosts I was missing, and when I came to Ghost Fragment Vex 4 it didn't unlock in the database. No score increase either, & can't get the ghost again either. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, help? PS: First post so dunno if to post under gameplay or bug >.<
