The trick is you have to Aim to the place you want to bomb. Then take the cursor all the way up till it stops . Chuck the bomb it'll go across the map without lance. Just like the Op said. If you don't take the cursor full up the distance is reduced . In pvp you'll have to decide how much to move up before chucking. But I already managed some crazy hits thanks to the video and perk shared by Op.
