There are some shots that take full advantage of aim assist...drag scopes, and they would be much harder to achieve without aim assist.
That's a fact....also it's strange how Eirenne has all but disapeared now litc has been fixed.....apparantly people used it because it was a good sniper lol.
There is no doubt in my mind that some of the shots that I make with my 1k stare i'd never be able to make without the higher aim assist that stare has

The point of the higher aim assist on some snipers imo is to close the skill gap for those who can not snipe and make it easier for the average player.....it's no surprise 1k stare is popular and Eirenne isn't....and it's because of aim assist...if Eirenne had aim assist of 60+ you would see more of it. There is no argument against reducing aim assist because sniping is a a skill so everybody says...so if you are a skilled sniper you don't need the aim assist...and if you are arguing that you need the aim assist to snipe so it shouldn't be reduced then you rely on it to much.

Yeah I remember the eirenne users saying they used that snipers because it was good and they liked the feel....but then litc got fixed and boom....gun disapears. If it was that good they should of carried on using because apparantly they always got head shots anyway lol.

While I respect your opinion, I disagree. If it was removed from every weapon in PvP, every single one, it would put everyone on a level playing field. No one can complain about not being able to hit anyone, because at that point it would be a lack of skill on their part. Would be cool to at least see this tested in the competitive modes (ToO, IB) first.
