Yeah we know. I think a lot of people agree it's the least noticeable buff. That's probably why I read others start topics where instead of choosing "one way" or "or another", it should be a combined "one way or another". I've used both perks and none really do anything to save you after a firefight with one guy, and another picks you off with a single shot with a side arm from across the map!! But anyhow... at least after a firefight, even when your health is low and down to a tick, make the meter glow and extra color for piece of mind!
