[b]In the centre of Caldeum stands a large platform, with three people standing in the centre and a large thing standing about three meters tall, but covered by a large white sheet to the right of them and a smaller, human sized thing to left of the stage, draped in cloth aswell[/b] [b]For the people in the centre, there is a man wearing all black except for a white stripe running from his right shoulder to the left of his waist and then back to the right by his knee, which is where his clothing ends. His hands are covered by black gloves with the image of a snake swallowing its own tail on the back of his hand. He looks in his twenties, but his short red hair makes him look slightly younger. The woman to his right looks about the same age, but she is wearing a black and white dress that reaches her shoes. Her hair matches her dress, with the left being white and the right being black. She has a tattoo of a snake running from his hand to her shoulder on both arms. The other man has blond hair and looks like he's in his thirties. He is wearing a black tuxedo, but with intricate white lines running from his trousers to his arms. The three exchange conversation quietly as a crowd gathers in front of the stage. The redhaired man speaks first.[/b] "Ladies, Gentlemen..." [b]He focuses his view on some specific people of the crowd. One woman in a white dress in particular[/b] "Mutants..." [b]The crowd murmurs, but continue listening[/b] "The issues of mutants have been around for a while now, but the police force do not have sufficient numbers, nor firepower, to make an actual impact. Which is why we decided to take matters into our own hands, which gave birth to what we have named project Oculus." [b]The woman steps forward and speaks[/b] [i]"Project Oculus has been in development for a while now. But recently we have made scientific breakthroughs and are able to finally create the Watchers and Overseers using something we named the Adept Particle.[/i] [b]The blind man steps forward and speaks[/b] [u]"The Adept particle can self replicate, change the material that it's made out of and even change density. This allows Project oculus to self modify to be able to defeat any foe. The Watcher is our basic unit that can take on about one to three mutants. The overseer, however, can take out mutant bases quickly and with ease. If their Adept core is damaged, the robot will self destruct, obliterating anyone nearby." [/u] [b]They pull the sheets off, to reveal a white human shaped robot to the left, and a large grey robot on the right.[/b] "Any questions?"
