It's either in a store room on the far right side of the facility, the mess hall for some reason, the prisons, or in one of the transports near the north of the base. Says the first, a very deep voice. The second has a normal voice."seriously man? Your a lucky bastard. I've still got quite a few years." The first speaks again. "Ha! I'll make sure to rub it in." And they both laugh, walking past you.
