The sound of grunts was heard coming from inside the Gym, as Jaeger went up and down on a pull up bar, weighted ankle bracers attached to him
220....221....222...223...
He was pulling with one arm, alternating every 50 sets
249...250.
He let go of the bar, dropping to the ground. He took a drink from a water jug, and rested for a bit.
He wiped sweat from his brow, using a towel
I did the first set... time for the running.

Dahlia can be seen from afar, in her training bra and sweatpants, performing many martial arts moves on a punching bag as it swings back and forth, it's skin rippling from powerful blows. Dahlia then builds her power and performs her famous spine-breaking one-inch punch, which sends the bag reeling, riveting as it bursts open and thousands of grains of sand and rice spill onto the floor. Dahlia is covered in sweat, her lean get overpowered muscles rippling, in combat stance.

You notice Legend at the punching bags. This was the first time you saw his face. He seemed in his mid 20s, with medium length swept back hair, dirty blonde in color. He has blue piercing eyes, with an average face and nose. He wore a plain white t shirt, drenched with sweat, revealing a toned body along with blue jeans and sneakers. Near him on a bench laid a Corgi dog, sleeping peacefully on its belly. He was looking down, his eyes closed and his face tense. Each punch he seemed to flinch. It's as if he was having a bad dream. He delivered a lightning quick punch, blowing the bag off its chain and making it dent into the wall. This woke up the dog with a start. He sighs and ruffles his hair. He walks over to the Corgi and pets it, before putting up a tougher looking punching back and continuing.

His body quickly moves backwards, not taking the full impact Hmm.... quick. A moment latter and that would've sent me to the MedBay. He put his hands done and stood straight I know that wasn't your full strength, but try to hold back a bit more. Not everyone is built to withstand that much force.
