Ice Breaker exploit in Trials is for SCRUBS.
DON'T FRONT, NO ONE WAS USING IT IN TRIALS A WEEK AGO NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN IT'S A VIABLE OPTION? NO, IT'S BECAUSE THEY TOOK YOUR PRECIOUS SPECIAL AMMO.
If you're doing this you're pathetic.
It happened in my first game of Trials this weekend. All 3 had Icebreakers then switched to their 1000 yards later. The game's been changed for a reason, play it the way it's meant to be played now.
Go ahead and disagree. I won't care. You ladyboys always gotta find an exploit to get cheap kills instead of playing the game right. If you NEED sniper ammo that bad to get a kill then there's more wrong with you than just being a coward in a fake fight.

1 回复So it's considered an exploit since you can equip it and use it whenever? Since the special ammo update people have been using Icebreaker in any 3v3 or 2v2 match type.

1 回复Is it an exploit-yes Is how bungie intended the removal of special ammo to go-no, but they had to have predicted it Do I abuse sidearms/Ice Breaker-yes Let's face it, if you're playing a team that is using sidearms or ice breaker to get special and you don't you're at a clear and distinct disadvantage. If I'm going to lose to a team you can bet your ass it's going to be because they outplayed me or had more teamwork not because they abused an ammo glitch and I didn't. I'm playing to win games not put myself on some morale self ethical high ground over my competition.

I agree, it is pretty pathetic. That being said, after six wins we start checking and if the other team is doing it so do we. Feels dirty, but those are often decent teams and I'd prefer a level playing field (we always have a carry with us, so they have the upper hand already).

Ice breaker has always been a viable option. It has great aim assist and has 6 rounds without reloading. And yes, it also has an exploit. I plan to use that exploit whenever I please. Don't blame me for a broken game, adapt to it.

Sidearm equip 40rounds switch next round you get 6 rounds shotgun Icebreaker 16 rounds after you switch only if you had all 6 round in ice Would be funny to see no special for 2rounds at all and -blam!- the heavy round off its daft

I get 18 shots when I have 6 bullets in my icebreaker when I switch. That is absurd and I recommend it to anyone else simply because you no longer have to worry about that green box anymore. However, I did go 8-0 with no boons yesterday just sprinting at the opposing team using my doctrine. I just kept my icebreaker equipped since I never needed to snipe lol.
