It seems bungie have secretly implemented the rare drop chance back into legendary engrams. Whilst I haven't experienced the problem first hand, has anyone been unlucky enough to experience this? [b]UPDATE[/b]: Before you go saying I am a liar please read my words carefully. I am only emphasising the fact that this may be occurring and not a definite. Anyway people were getting legendary drops in rift playlist. When I hovered over, they stated the following: - Rare item - Legendary materials - Legenrdary item - Exotic item The video included shows the same thing and it seems my carelessness to notice that they've been like this the whole time makes me a bit stupid.
