More Heavy Ammo Perk Doesn't Work
On (legendary?) rocket launchers with 2 rockets the "more heavy ammo perk" (on leg armor or chest armor) doesn't seem to do anything, at least it doesn't give a 3rd rocket from a heavy ammo crate in crucible. With Truth equipped, the heavy ammo gained from crates goes from 3 to 4 rockets. Why?
