Proceeds to make a massive hasty conclusion.
Question: Lets ignore the fact that this is a known bug. How exactly does this constitute tweaking the RNG system to make the game longer to complete? It's a [u]legacy[/u] engram with obsolete weapons. It holds back nothing. That's like the worst sinister plan in the history of incompetent preschool cartoon villains.

First at all, the players aren't all like you. There are collectors. There are Grimoire hunters. There are many kinds of players (yes, fewer than the normal players"grind for best gear", but there are). For those players, the real End Game is to obtain all the weapons, for example. How they are supposed to do it normally if there is a bug that interfer for it? Second.. i read the post many, many times.. and i still didn't found the "hasty conclusion" you say. The only conclusion i see is that Cozmo responded and he didn't lie: in fact, yesterday the bug has been added into the Destiny Support System. And.. what's bad with the cartoon villains?
