BUMP IT TO THE MAX I have previously stated that bungie can't balance only nerf it to the ground. They need to do it little by little, but that will require patience by all you Gaurdians. And about elemental primaries why not make it random. I would say that it would be a good idea. Say I finished a nightfall or raid or something and got...let's say a legendary scout rifle. It could have arc, solar, or void damage. It would be rng based, but it would make it so people could use different guns.
