I'm doing a quick survey in hopes of determining if the hit detection problem I have experienced while playing in the current Iron Banner event is localized or wide spread. Please only vote if you've participated in the current IB. If you've seen this game mechanic fail in pvp, outside the IB please let me know in the comments.
