    Then I would try reinstalling jellybean then destiny again to see if this fixes it. Could be an issue at the OS level.

    It really shouldn't. That would mean that Bungie had wrote the code for Jellybean then replaced with i.e. Marshmellow when they updated. Which would make NO SENSE! And to do so would mean I would have to wipe my entire device, download the firmware on my laptop, wipe my tablet, then reinstall Jellybean, then everything else I had on my tablet. Its a problem on bungies end. Worked before they updated it, they just need to revert what "changes" they did back to pre-update.
