Those 4 shots can be fired in 1s In absolute optimal condition doctrine of passing kills in about the same time. Yes it is possible to outgun last word with it. It's also possible to outgun it with kvohstov. The point being two players of equal skill it'll come down to what weapon they're using and at what distance the engagement is in. Last word will dominate at all times in the closest of ranges (unless maybe against a shotgun) and continue to dominate into medium range because it doesn't require precision just mild accuracy
