The ram is not meant for warlocks!! They should not be able to tank those things. The perk is perfectly designed for Titans. Give it to them and leave it in year one for warlocks!!!

Exactly. If this is blanket logic by OP. Titans get all armor the perks. What do all other classes get perks for Hunters get weapon perks Warlocks only get ability perks Suddenly you see all your favorite exotics start to disappear.

But recovery is kind of the worst of the 3. Agility works great in this game. Jump higher, move faster. Armor perk also works great. Instantly harder to kill. Recovery? If you aren't killed then you will get your health back a couple seconds sooner than the others eventually will. So recovery perks kinda suck compared to the other 2.
