It's bungie.....since when are they known for positive surprises in destiny?
Also,even if they did,why would you even need that? There's not even a reason to be over 310(300 if you don't grind the raid)

Let's see, they gave us a legendary last year for the Christmas season, this year they did the festival of the lost to one up last year's festivities for halloween. Oh and they put in something people wanted since day 1, sparrow racing. Yeah they don't due anything positive.......
