Hunter. I got this idea while on RocketsMcDickFace's strike and I was on the tank section. I had a full super on and with nighthawk and though 'hmmm Over the Horizon would PROBABLY make a difference' and switched to it Then just mulled my head over on how it would work the rest of the strike
