Killed Kagoor twice, no calcified fragment
Is this a known bug or do I do something wrong? Killed the ogre and after that I killed Kagoor. 2 days later I did it again but also the second time I didn't receive the calcified fragment. I don't know if I made the final blow, but I know for a fact that damaged both the ogre and Kagoor. What am I missing?
