Why is rap horrible now?

90% of all rap now is just some stoner putting on auto tune and not finishing syllables. There is no message. No meaning. How are people like immortal technique, prozak, hopsin, and tech n9ne not noticed more for their message? I just don't get it. I guess having some kind of intelligence doesn't sound good anymore. Edit: fixed the title.
