Is it okay to cry?
I want a general consensus of the community. Do you believe it is okay to cry? If so, why? If not, well then why not?

63 回复Yes. Healing comes through tears. It shows you have emotion and feelings. Tears are what shows that you are, indeed, human.

Crying is part of the healing process. I know in my experience that even if I'm not that upset about something, I will try to cry. It's part of a natural cycle to move on from things and makes the healing process go faster. It also releases endorphins and makes you feel better. A lot of people think women don't like it when men cry. Women actually like it a lot, so long as the man keeps a masculine demeanor typically, showing a sensitive side actually appeals to women A LOT. So the idea that men can't try isn't true. It's when the man is all emotion, and nothing to balance it.
