Dear Bungie Forum, I just bought Destiny The Taken King Legendary Edition after playing the Trial version for days. So I Redeem my code using the Redeem Code option in the Xbox Live Store on the console, accepts the code, downloads and installs the game. (I did not use the pop-up Inside trial mode to redeem the code) When starting up the game I still get prompted if I want to play the Trial Mode, I just press B, but once logged in I'm still in Trial Mode. Turns out I have to put in the actual disk to remove my Trial Mode status. I don't want this, even though it's not a big issue, it's annoying in a number of ways, also, what if something happens to my disk? Then I'm forced to buy a new disk and thus a new entire copy of the game. I have friends who have played Destiny Year 1 and they had to use the disk aswell, but then, they bought The Taken King and they didn't have to use their disk anymore. Why does it work for them and not for me? And yes, they bought the same version as me. I have tried everything from simply re-installing the game with and without disk, to clearing the cache and even re-installing the entire console. How do I make it so I don't have to use the disk to play the game? Sincerely, Riyuke
