IB rewards: 1. Ghosts can drop 310-320 2. Chest, arms, hand cannon and machine gun can drop up to 310 3. Rank 5 packages give one item between 310 and 320. So you can get a max of three items over 310, not counting RNG ghosts. I don't think that's unreasonable.
