Casual gamers dont care if a game is a rip off. Casual gamers dont care about the well being of the product. Casual gamers dont care about winning. Casual gamers dont care.

There's nothing wrong with casual games. Competitive people like to make themselves seem better by calling people casual, but we're all just here to play games. I just get a chuckle out of besting a competitive gamer after they call me a casual because I'm not a big fan of PvP in games. I'm more in for the adventure and immersion of not being in real life.

"Casual" is a term used when a game is easy learn the mechanics and the "skill" gap is low. So basically it's a game where having fun prioritizes having a good kill death ratio, and is not wrong or bad but people like to think that they are pros so they think they are above having fun.

I really hate the term casual. It is so misused by the gaming community. There is no real inherently casual games. On casual fanbases.

There's nothing wrong with casual games. My main gripe is battlefronts lack of content. The gameplay was fine. It's fun to just mess around in multiplayer games such as CoD and Halo. Single player games, on the other hand should require more thought while I'm playing

People like to confuse casual for accessibility and wide appeal. If the game is so 'casual' and 'easy', then they should have no problem winning every match and placing on the podium, yet they don't, and then they blame it on the gameplay or faction imbalance or what have you. People seem to think that a game's difficulty revolves around them. They think that if a game is 'casual', then everyone else playing is 'casual' except them, which is not the case. If it's supposedly too easy for you, then the same could be said about your opponents, and everyone else playing; it's also easy for them. Thus, you get a level playing field. In other words: newsflash, making a game more accessible != making it casual. Sometimes you annihilate the other team, and sometimes they obliterate you. I can't believe there are people who don't understand this, people who seem to think that they would dominate in a 'casual' shooter like Battlefront It's almost like thinking you'd be above everyone else at Dodge ball. I mean, it's surely a casual sport given that the objective is simply to hit the other players with a ball.

People just need something to complain about in order to make themselves feel superior.

If you're not making money playing games then you're a casual gamer. It's a leisure activity...until it's your job.

I always play for fun. The real-world is all about competition. Why drag that aspect into one's detachment from reality. Take that time to step away and relax a bit.
