Hi there,
Every person is responsible for the activity that happens on their online accounts. My personal recommendation to be to not allow anyone else on your account for any reason.
There are Account Restrictions and Bans in Destiny - these are two separate entities. Account Restrictions are temporary, while Bans are permanent. Bungie does not dispute or overturn either of them.
