What happened to playing a game and deciding for yourself?
Metacritic is a joke anyways. I played the beta, I liked it, I wanted more of that, ergo I ordered the game.

I watch reviews all over the place before getting a game I'm on the fence about. Why blindly toss my money into the pot when I can research a bit and try to make an informed decision based on at least a little bit of information?

I found he beta boring with extremely shallow gameplay. Therefore I have no incentive to buy the full game at a ludicrous $60. My experience combined with the fact that most critical reviews are reinforcing my thoughts on the beta mean I most definitely will not be playing and "trying the full game for myself".

Yep and if people are having fun with it good for them. However I can't justify $60 for a multiplayer only game that has a shallow multiplayer experience. If your game is going to be focused on multiplayer only, it had better be one of the best damn multiplayer games around, which battlefront most certainly is not. Honestly if it wasn't Star Wars and was instead a new IP, people would be ripping this game apart for its gameplay and lack of modes/features. EA Charging an additional $50 for the season pass actually makes me laugh out loud.
