Trials of Osiris // No heavy round

It's fair to say that heavy ammo round in Trials isn't really... Well.. Fair.
Most of the time for me it's rather annoying. Pretty much whoever gets the first shot off wins the battle.
Some people like this, some people don't.
Thats why this agreement can work.
At the start of a heavy round, have one person on your team wave. If the other team waves, don't pick up heavy ammo. If they don't wave, you better be quick to grab your heavy. "Gentlemens Agreement."
[b]TL;DR[/b]: If both teams wave at beginning of heavy round, dont pick it up. If they don't, grab heavy.

I rather have a trials with no special weapons. Primary weapons are so rarely used in trials, and it's become a battle of shotguns versus sniper rifles. Almost (key word is almost) makes me miss the Thorn battles. At least with a Thorn, you had to win gunfights. Special weapons are all about 1 shot kills at the right range.

I like how heavy rounds play out until people actually pick up the heavy ammo and trade rockets. Don't really have an issue with it though. It creates a break in the standard action and can allow a lesser skilled team to gain a bit of confidence if they bring it to 3-1, albeit off of rocket spam.

1 回复How about just have everyone spawn in with heavy ammo for the round? Seems like a 3x better solution to me.

6 回复It blows my mind that a COMPETITIVE game mode has this feature. It's an absolute joke and needs to be done away with immediately.

1 回复Honestly I don't think heavy ammo should have ever been brought in in the first place .. I disliked it within the first couple weeks of the game coming out but I hope many people catch on to this

I like doing stuff like this. My brothers and I played last night handing out free wins. If we stomped a team 4-0 then we just let them take the dub so they can get some rewards. Even came across a team that wouldn't kill us either and we were racing to jump off the map first. Was a lot of fun lol
