Why are people peed off about weapon parts? Just do some strikes and pick up engrams and dismantle the weapons.
It wouldn't be a game if they just give us everything. The player has to actually play the game to earn equipment such as weapon parts, armour materials, spinmetal etc.

We don't want anything given to us...? They significantly reduced this currency to force us to play longer. Any defense of that is mind boggling. Weapons parts were a complete nonissue until they made them one. It's not like we are like "we want free upgrade materials!!!" No. We had a steady currency since the game came out, that they decided to reduce, randomly.
