I thought Deej kinda sounded like a smug asshole in the weekly update also. Glad I wasn't the only one.

It's like work -- there's always that one person with that tone. You just learn to roll your eyes and listen for the actual information, if any.

DeeJ is always like that. He writes as if he is wearing a smoking jacket, savouring a cigar and sipping scotch in an 1890s London gentlemen's club. This is nothing new and should come as no surprise to anyone who has been reading a years worth of weekly updates.

Yeah, I totally agree with OP. I've been a Bungie fan since Marathon, played way too many hours of Destiny. My simple, unfiltered response to the two snarky comments by Deej in the update was to immediately say "f**k you" out loud. Just really offensive to a player currently grinding out weapons parts by leveling up every blue weapon and numerous thunderlords.....
