Funny all the defenders of bungie on here. Any other business disrespects customers that way, and they fail. Some of you would swallow a load from them laced with cyanide, while the beat you of with a flesh light full of razor blades, and smile about it.

Oh trust me, I was born in 1983, I've been raised with respect. Working the food industry for 10 years opening various Hooter stores for Texas Wings. INC (Hooters franchised by TexasWings.Inc). I have learned to always respect the customer and that the customer is always right. Now I know many don't agree with that mentality, hell even I don't to a certain extent, but it is what it is and if people want successful businesses, they need to have better communication with its support base.
