Word - that is cool of you man. Most of my group has done normal but a few have yet to do hard. I will try to send you a friend invite later tonight and we can link up sometime. My main goal with this is to avoid exactly what you expressed frustration with, little squeakers that bail out of games with no notice etc. This raid is actually really simple...hell, the hardest parts are the damn jump puzzles as everything else is very mechanical...just got to find people that can play and listen/work together.

That way you create consistency, your able to raid more and do it with ease. MMORPG's are new to a an incredible amount of people im 34 (yes im old lol) but i used to raid tons on World of warcraft and understand the whole progression thing, with this most people just dont care and are only looking for personal gains, rather than build up teams/friendships! But hey thats life, i hope and im sure over time as destiny is still in its infancy, give it a few years an i see great things for this franchise as it's just the beginning.
