Good grief. Reading comprehension in this country. Read the perks description. Its right there. Holy cow. Using an ability (solar, void, etc) will transfer that burn to your weapon for a short time.

Complains about reading comphrehension fails to comprehend what he reads. Did you read the title and assume OP was referring to the perk itself? Next time you try to educate someone, make sure you you educate yourself first.
