Hello, First things first, one thing you can try is manually updating Destiny to see if that'll have any change at all. One - is clearing the cache on your console. Completely power it off and unplug the power source from the back. Two - while your console idle, take a look at your network gear. Power-cycle your router/modem by disconnecting your router, then your modem if you have one. Let them sit for 30 seconds at least. Reestablish your connect by connecting your modem, then your router. Now boot up your console an attempt a manual update. You also want to make sure that your installation is actually being disrupted before you assume that whatever blip your network is having is the cause. Usually players report that their installation takes a while and gets stuck at certain points, and will continue or automatically finish later without any actual indication of progress being made. If your installation is still spinning and progressing, make sure you let it sit for a while and do it's thing even if your network bugs out. Now, I'm not sure what the blip is being caused by but I do know how you can try to avoid it. Assuming your connected via wireless, I'd advise trying a more stable method of connection like a wired cable, or removing obstructions between your console and your household router.
